About the role
As a Data Analytics Intern at Nexlyra Engineering Works, you will work with real business data to clean, analyze, and visualize insights that support day‑to‑day decisions. You will use tools like Excel/Google Sheets and basic SQL or Python to prepare reports and dashboards for internal teams. This is an unpaid internship designed for freshers who want hands‑on experience and a strong portfolio. Based on performance, selected interns may receive a permanent offer as Junior Data Analyst at Nexlyra Engineering Works after completion of the internship. Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and organize data from spreadsheets, forms, and internal tools. Perform basic exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns. Build charts, tables, and dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets or BI tools. Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports for business teams. Document analysis steps and communicate findings clearly to the team. What you will learn: Practical data cleaning, analysis, and visualization on real datasets. Creating dashboards and performance reports for management. How data is used in real operations at an engineering/business company. Resume and portfolio building with at least one end‑to‑end data project. Internship details: Type: Unpaid internship. Mode: Remote / Hybrid (as per Nexlyra policy). Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance and business needs). Time: 15–20 hours per week, flexible around classes. Requirements
