Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes the conditions under which refunds and cancellations apply to Nexlyra services.

Engagement cancellations

Long-term engagements are governed by individual contracts. Notice periods and termination fees are defined in the relevant statement of work.

Consultation cancellations

Scheduled consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.

Service request refunds

Refunds for prepaid services are available on a pro-rata basis for unused service hours. Requests should be submitted via support within 30 days.

How to request a refund

Submit a support ticket through your client dashboard, or email billing@nexlyra.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
