Senior Systems & Full-Stack Architect

About the role

### Role Overview As a Senior Systems & Full-Stack Architect at Nexlyra Engineering Works, you will direct the architecture and core implementation of our bespoke client platforms and proprietary internal software. You will work closely with executive leadership (CEO and Co-Founder) to design resilient, sub-second web platforms, multi-tenant databases, and serverless edge functions. ### Core Responsibilities - Architect, build, and deploy production-grade full-stack web applications using TypeScript, React 19, TanStack Router/Start, and PostgreSQL. - Design normalized relational database schemas, secure Row Level Security (RLS) policies, and performant SQL procedures. - Establish robust CI/CD deployment pipelines targeting Cloudflare Pages, edge runtimes, and containerized microservices. - Enforce strict security standards across all applications: OWASP Top 10 mitigation, cryptographic session management, and rate limiting. - Mentor junior engineers and graduate apprentices through rigorous code reviews and architectural critiques. ### Compensation & Engineering Perks - Competitive salary commensurate with experience. - Performance-driven delivery milestone bonuses. - Annual workstation and home office hardware stipend. - Flexible hybrid schedule with dedicated deep-work blocks.

Requirements

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with modern TypeScript and React. - Strong proficiency in relational database architecture (PostgreSQL), complex queries, indexing, and transactional integrity. - Hands-on experience with edge architectures (Cloudflare Workers, Pages, or Vercel Edge) and serverless deployment models. - Deep understanding of web performance fundamentals: Core Web Vitals, SSR hydration lifecycles, and sub-50ms TTFB optimization. - Excellent written technical communication and architectural documentation skills.
